Rates
The cost of psychological testing is determined by the type of assessment and the length of testing. You will be provided a quote after your consultation session.

Reduced Fee
Sliding scale rates are available on a limited basis.

Insurance
I am currently in network with Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar and Oxford. For all other insurance companies, I am an out-of-network provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• What portion of psychological testing is covered?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
